Our vineyard is a tribute to the enduring beauty and spirit of Dry Creek Valley—a region known for producing some of the best Zinfandel in California.
With its rolling hills, fertile soil, and unique climate, the land offers more than just a home for vines—it’s a source of inspiration and character. Every decision we make reflects a commitment to preserving and celebrating this remarkable place.
Our vineyard sits on the western side of the valley, with the ideal climate. Warm, sunny days help the grapes ripen fully, while cooler mornings and coastal fog bring balance and structure. The soils are well-drained and gravelly—great for deep roots and low-yield, high-quality fruit.
Our wines capture the essence of the valley—bold, expressive, and unmistakably rooted in its terroir.
Why Zinfandel?
Zinfandel thrives in Dry Creek Valley. It’s a grape that does well in heat, but also benefits from cooler pockets like ours. That combination gives the wine richness without losing freshness.
We’re proud to work with Zinfandel—it's bold, fruit-driven, and approachable. It makes the kind of wine that brings people together, which aligns with what matters most to us: good wine, shared with good company.
We also grow small amounts of Merlot and Petite Sirah, and may explore those in future vintages.
Our Approach
Our vineyard is dry-farmed—there’s no irrigation—so the vines rely on the natural rhythm of the seasons. We take a low-intervention approach to farming. That means fewer inputs, careful observation, and a long-term mindset when it comes to soil health and vine balance.
